Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF)
Novel Paradigm for Regeneration
Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) is a stem cell-rich, autologous product extracted from adipose tissue. SVF contains mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), endothelial cells, pericytes, preadipocytes, macrophages, and a range of cytokines and growth factors. These components synergistically drive tissue repair, modulate inflammation, and promote regeneration, offering innovative solutions for various dermatological indications.
SVF Main Composition
1. Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs)
MSCs are multipotent stem cells with the ability to differentiate into target cells. Furthermore, MSCs are able to secrete a lot of angiogenic, regenerative and immunoregulatory growth factors.
2. Endothelial Progenitor Cells (EPCs)
EPCs are essential for repair of vascular endothelium in response to injury. EPCs account for 7 – 30% of cells in the SVF.
3. Pericytes
Pericytes are perivascular cells that participate in vascular remodeling, hemostasis and possess antiinflammatory properties. They are constituting only 0.44- 2.38% of cells in SVF.
4. Monocytes/Macrophages
Around 10% of SVF are MONOCYTES. Apart from immunoregulation, they secrete various cytokines specifically, VEGF and bFGF that contribute to vascular remodeling. MACROPHAGES account for around 20% of the SVF population, possess anti-inflammatory and proangiogenic functions, stroma remodeling and angiogenesis.
5. Regulatory T-cells (TRegs)
In total, lymphocytes compose 10 to 15 % of SVF Which Tregs accounting for 5 to 70 percent of the population. They play a pivotal role in immunoregulation, leading to the activation of the apoptotic cascade in target cells.

The Smart and Reliable Alternative for Modern Aesthetics •Mechanisms of Action:
Regeneration: MSCs promote fibroblast activation, leading to enhanced production of collagen and elastin, improvingdermal structure and elasticity.
Angiogenesis: Endothelial progenitor cells in SVF stimulate new capillary formation, improving blood supply and oxygendelivery to treated areas.
Immunomodulation: SVF downregulates pro-inflammatory cytokines (e.g., TNF-α, IL-1β) and upregulates anti-inflammatorycytokines (e.g., IL-10), reducing inflammation in chronic conditions.
Extracellular Matrix Remodeling: Growth factors like VEGF, TGF-β, and FGF stimulate dermal repair and remodeling, improving skin textureand integrity.
•Indications: Facial Rejuvenation: SVF improves skin quality, elasticity, and overall appearance by stimulating collagen production andvascularization.
Scar Treatment: SVF reduces the appearance of acne scars, burn scars, surgical scars, and keloids by promoting tissueremodeling and regeneration of damaged skin.
Alopecia Treatment: SVF has been investigated for its potential in treating hair loss conditions, especially androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern hair loss). The growth factors in SVF promote hair follicle regenerationand stimulate hair growth.
Hair Transplants: In conjunction with hair transplant procedures, SVF enhances the survival and growth of transplantedhair follicles by providing a more favorable microenvironment.
Inflammatory skin conditions: SVF Manages psoriasis, eczema, and atopic dermatitis through immunomodulation.
Fat Grafting (CAL Technique): SVF could be used in conjunction with fat grafting techniques. The addition of SVF to grafted fat improves graft survival rates and enhance aesthetic outcomes by providing stem cells that promoteangiogenesis and integration with surrounding tissues.
Breast Reconstruction: In reconstructive surgery, particularly after mastectomy, adding SVF to lipofilling procedures improvesthe quality and volume retention of the reconstructed tissue.
Wound Healing: SVF has been shown to enhance wound healing especially burns, pressure sores, and surgical woundsdue to its growth factors and cytokines, which promote tissue repair and regeneration. Skin Grafting Support: SVF Enhances outcomes in skin grafting by improving graft integration and reducing inflammation. •Treatment Course and Dosing: From 40 mL of aspirated fat, approximately 6 to 8 mL of SVF can be isolated, containing around 16 to20 million SVF cells in total. For treatment, inject 0.1 mL of SVF at each treatment point. This procedure can be repeated at one-month intervals, for a total of 2 to 3 sessions.

A Remarkable 3-5-Fold Increase in Platelet Counts
PRPrime contains high levels of platelets and when injected into skin/hair, growth factors are released, which are vital for tissue healing and repair. PRPrime are often used in conjunction with treatmentssuch as fillers, to directly address and amplify the health of tissue.
PRPrime Consist of

Platelets usually begin secreting their growth factors immediately, a process known as degranulation, releasing almost 100% of their growth factors within an hour. Platelets may continue to release somegrowth factors throughout the rest of their lifespan, typically 7–10 days.
PRPrime Specifications:
- Highest PRP yield
- Best platelet purity
- Red blood cells free
- Gel/ acrylate/ chemical free
- Biomedical grade materials
- Certified protocol
Applications:
Rejuvenation
It lifts, plumps, and rejuvenates aged skin to restore its youthful Volume and shape.
Acne Marks Treatment
It helps to smooth away scarring like stretch marks or acne blemishes.
Hair Loss Treatment
It is effective both for preventing hair loss and promoting new hair growth, encouraging them toproduce thicker and healthier hair follicles.

New Generation for PRP
The Highest platelets and growth factors in less volume and time
Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) is second-generation PRP in which platelets, leukocytes, stem cells, and growth factors are trapped in the fibrin matrix. This is particularly important where higherconcentration and longer release of cells and growth factors in PRF compared to PRP sample.
